This 12-week “hybrid” training programme is for organisations who wish to further develop their continuous improvement champions through disseminating their expertise and knowledge across the organisation to provide everyone with the ability to embrace ongoing continuous improvement opportunities.

How it works
This is a 12-week training programme where we ensure that we define exactly what you need first and foremost. We get to know you and your business much more to understand your needs as leaders and managers.
We share our more in-depth continuous improvement tools as we know you and your teams have sufficient experience and understanding of the initial tools already. Therefore, we concentrate on expanding your knowledge and the management of continuous improvement projects.
You and your team will receive a mix of in-person and online training depending on your requirements with dedicated online support from our team of sector-specific mentors. We will support and help drive you and your business forwards.
From there, we help you to develop a plan of action and implementation of continuous improvement projects within the organisation.
We will support and help drive you forward to “activate” your programmes of continuous improvement to ensure you are where you need to be.
In addition
Dependant on the size of the team you have on your programme, they will either be able to assist one another within our online support community or alternatively they will be supported by a group of like-minded people from other suitable organisations who are carrying out the programme at the same time. Sharing knowledge and problem solving skills is always encouraged.
Optional monthly expert sessions
We also have an option where you can choose monthly additional bonus sessions where we introduce sector specialists who will speak to your teams about any areas which might require further exploration.
